Step-by-step guide for Spaghetti Ice Cream Dessert 2/3

Step-by-step prep for the Spaghetti Ice Cream Dessert 3/3
How to Make Spaghetti Ice Cream Dessert
Prep Work:
Take the frozen strawberries out of the freezer and let them thaw slightly.
Pop the chocolate in the fridge for a bit if needed (especially in the summer, or it’ll get too soft to grate!).
Instructions:
First, break the chocolate into chunks and add it to the mixing bowl. Grate for 4 sec / Speed 7. Transfer to a small bowl and give the mixing bowl a quick rinse.
Next, insert the whisk attachment! Add the cold heavy cream and vanilla sugar to the mixing bowl and whip on Speed 3 until it reaches your desired stiffness.
Note: It took 2 minutes and 55 seconds for my cream to get perfectly stiff. Keep in mind this always depends on how cold your cream and mixing bowl are! Keep a close eye on it after the 2-minute mark so you don’t accidentally turn it into butter.
Transfer the whipped cream to a separate bowl and set aside.
Now add the mascarpone, quark, 100 g powdered sugar, and 1 tbsp lemon juice to the mixing bowl and mix for 5 sec / Speed 5.
Add the whipped cream back into the bowl and fold together for 3 sec / Speed 5. Transfer to a piping bag (optional, but it makes filling the glasses so much neater!).
Rinse out the mixing bowl. Add the partially thawed strawberries, 50 g powdered sugar, and 1 tbsp lemon juice to the mixing bowl and puree for 20-30 sec / Speed 5 (depending on how soft your strawberries are).
Assembly and Serving:
Set out your dessert glasses and layer away: cream filling, strawberry puree, cream filling, strawberry puree, and finish it off with a generous sprinkle of shaved white chocolate on top.
Enjoy!
