If possible, use fresh raspberries for the best taste.
The raspberries can also be used frozen.
The cream must be whipped until stiff so that the dessert is creamy.
The quark should be creamy so that the dessert does not have any lumps.
The dessert can be garnished with other ingredients as desired, e.g. mint leaves, chocolate shavings or coconut flakes.
Can you prepare and keep the dessert?
Yes, the dessert can be prepared in the fridge for up to 2 hours.
However, the waffles should only be added just before serving, otherwise they will become soggy.
Options
Other berries such as strawberries, blueberries or currants can be used instead of raspberries.
The quark can be replaced with mascarpone.

Ingredients for Dickmann’s dessert with raspberries
For the cream:
- 200 ml cream, cold
- 1 p. cream stiffener
- 40 g sugar
- 500 g quark, 20%
- 9 Super Dickmanns (chocolate marshmallows)
For the raspberry sauce:
- 200 g raspberries, fresh
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
For the decoration:
- 12 fresh raspberries
- fresh mint leaves
- 4 wafer bases of the Dickmanns

How do you make Dickmann’s dessert with raspberries?
Preparation:
Insert the Butterfly whisk (stirring attachment).
Place the cold cream, cream stiffener and sugar in the mixing bowl and beat on speed 3.5 without the timer until stiff. (For orientation: approx. 2 minutes).
Remove the Butterfly whisk (stirring attachment).
Carefully remove the wafers from the chocolate kisses.
Then add the foam filling and the quark to the cream and, using the spatula 20 sec. Stir in / level 4.
Decant and rinse out the mixing bowl.
Sort the raspberries and add to the mixing bowl with the lemon juice. 20 sec. Puree / level 6.
Now layer in 4 dessert glasses. Pour 2⁄3 of the raspberry sauce onto the bottom of the glasses, spread the cream on top (using a spoon or piping bag) and cover with the remaining raspberry sauce.
Garnish with the wafer flakes, fresh raspberries and mint leaves.
Tip: If the dessert is not served immediately, keep it in the fridge. Add the waffles just before serving. Otherwise they will sag.

- 500 g Curd cheese Substitute with mascarpone

Notes
- The raspberry sauce contains no sugar. The intense, slightly sour taste of the raspberries therefore forms a nice contrast to the sweetness of the Dickmann’s and the quark.
