My Top Tips for Success

Make sure to drain the corn really well before folding it into the mixture. This keeps the topping from getting watery so your bread stays nice and crispy!

Quarter your onion before throwing it into the mixing bowl. It helps the blades catch the pieces easily for a nice, even chop.

Roll the deli ham into tight little logs before dropping them into the mixing bowl. This guarantees it gets chopped up perfectly every time.

Get that oven preheating early so your pizza rolls bake up golden and perfectly crispy right out of the gate.

Can I make these ahead of time?

Absolutely! You can easily assemble these a few hours in advance and keep them lined up on your baking sheet. When you’re ready to eat, just pop them straight into the oven!

Even after baking, these keep super well in the fridge for a day or two. You can enjoy them cold straight out of the fridge for a quick snack, or just pop them in the microwave or a warm oven to reheat.

Delicious Variations

Switch up the veggies: This recipe is endlessly customizable! Just use whatever veggies you have in the fridge or love most. Sliced button mushrooms, zucchini, or black olives are all fantastic additions.

Try a different cheese: Out of mozzarella? No problem! Shredded Gouda, Provolone, or Swiss cheese melt up beautifully, too.

How to Make Pizza Rolls

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 400°F (350°F convection) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Peel and quarter the onion. Wash and seed the bell pepper, then chop it into big chunks. Drain the canned corn well.

First, add the onion to the mixing bowl and chop for 5 sec / speed 5.

Roll up the deli ham and toss it into the mixing bowl along with the chopped bell pepper, cherry tomatoes, crème fraîche, tomato paste, 50 g (about 1/2 cup) mozzarella, pizza seasoning, and a pinch of salt and pepper.

Chop everything together for another 5 sec / speed 5.

Using a spatula, gently fold the drained corn into the mixture.

Slice your 6 par-baked rolls in half and spread the filling evenly over each half.

Top with the remaining mozzarella and bake in the preheated oven for about 10–15 minutes, until the cheese is fully melted and bubbly golden brown.

Enjoy!
