How Do You Make Homemade Wraps?

Instructions:

Add all dough ingredients to the mixing bowl and knead 2 min. / Dough Mode.

Turn the crumbly dough out onto an unfloured work surface and quickly bring it together with your hands into a smooth dough.

Divide the dough into 4 equal portions and roll each into a smooth ball.

Working one ball at a time, place it on your work surface, flatten it slightly with the palm of your hand, and roll it out nice and thin with a rolling pin.

Heat a skillet over medium-high heat (no oil needed) and lay your first dough round right into the dry pan.

Flip it once the bottom is lightly golden brown and slightly crisp.

You’ll also notice gorgeous air bubbles puffing up on top—that’s your sign the dough is cooking through and getting nice and airy!

As soon as those bubbles appear, carefully flip the wrap over with a spatula and cook the second side until light golden brown.

Pro tip: Be careful not to cook them for too long so they stay soft, pliable, and easy to roll instead of drying out!

This usually takes about 1 to 2 minutes, depending on how hot your skillet is.

Right after cooking, wrap them in a damp kitchen towel so they stay nice and soft instead of drying out.

Alternatively, you can stack the wraps on a plate straight out of the skillet and cover them with a pot lid. This traps the steam inside, keeping them super pliable so they won’t get stiff or brittle.

Pro Tip: Making these ahead of time? Store them in a freezer bag once cooled so they stay soft enough to roll easily the next day!

For the filling, spread a layer of herb cream cheese over each wrap, pile your favorite greens and veggies right down the center, sprinkle with a little seasoned salt, and roll ’em up tight!

Just be careful not to overfill them! Keeping the filling even makes them much easier to roll up neatly without tearing.

Enjoy!

Add all the dough ingredients to the mixing bowl and set to 2 min. / Dough mode.
  • Turn the crumbly dough out onto your work surface (no flour needed!) and knead it together with your hands until smooth.
  • Divide the dough into 4 equal portions and roll each into a smooth ball.
  • Working one at a time, place a dough ball on the work surface, press flat with your palm, and roll out super thin with a rolling pin.
  • Heat a dry skillet over medium-high heat and lay the first tortilla in the pan.
  • Flip the tortilla once the bottom is golden brown and slightly crispy. You'll see bubbles forming on top, showing that the wrap is puffing up and baking through. As soon as you see those bubbles, carefully flip it over with a spatula and cook the second side until golden. • As soon as they come out of the skillet, wrap the tortillas in a clean, slightly damp kitchen towel to keep them soft. Alternatively, stack them on a plate right away and cover with a lid to trap the moisture so they stay tender and flexible.
  • Pro Tip: Making these ahead of time? Store them in a ziplock bag once cooled so they stay soft and easy to roll up the next day!
  • Herbed cream cheese, Veggies of your choice, Seasoned salt
To assemble, spread each wrap with herbed cream cheese, pile crisp lettuce and your favorite veggies down the center, sprinkle with seasoned salt, and roll up tightly. Be careful not to overfill so everything stays neatly tucked inside!
