Easy Recipe Variations

Not feeling chicken? Swap it out for thinly sliced beef or juicy shrimp.

Load up on extra veggies like broccoli florets or crisp bamboo shoots.

Mix things up with different sauces—a sweet-and-sour sauce or a rich peanut sauce both taste amazing here!

For a plant-based option, simply replace the meat with tofu or tempeh.

What to Serve with This Dish

This dish is completely satisfying all on its own, but if you want to mix things up, it pairs amazingly with a quick cucumber salad or some crispy spring rolls!

How to Make Asian Chicken Noodles

Prep Work:

Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and cook them in a skillet over medium-high heat until golden brown. Once cooked through, set aside for now.

Instructions:

Peel the onion, garlic clove, and ginger.

Quarter the onion, and cut the garlic clove and ginger in half.

Add everything to the mixing bowl and chop for 5 sec / speed 7.

Scrape down the sides of the bowl with a spatula.

Peel the carrot, chop it into chunks, and add to the bowl. Chop for 6 sec / speed 5.

Scrape down the sides again, add the sesame oil, and sauté for 2 min / 212°F (100°C) / speed 1.

Next, add the water, soy sauce, tomato paste, spices, and roughly broken mie (or ramen) noodles into the mixing bowl.

Gently press the noodles down so they are submerged in the liquid.

Cook for 6 min / 212°F (100°C) / Reverse / Gentle Stirring Speed.

Meanwhile, wash, dry, seed, and dice the bell pepper, and drain the canned stir-fry veggies.

Once the timer goes off, add the bell pepper and stir-fry veggies, give everything a gentle mix with the spatula, and cook for another 4 min / 212°F (100°C) / Reverse / speed 1.

Now fold in the cooked chicken breast pieces, stir well, and let it rest for a few minutes to soak up all those delicious flavors.

Divide into bowls and garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds.

Enjoy!
