My Top Prep Tips
Take a peek into the mixing bowl after the first blend. If the cheesecake base isn’t completely smooth yet, just give it another quick mix so you don’t end up with any lumps in your cream.
If you want those perfectly clean layers in your glasses, a piping bag is your best friend. A simple Ziploc bag with a small corner snipped off works just as beautifully!
Feel free to adjust the amount of powdered sugar in the light cream layer. If you’re not a fan of overly sweet desserts, you can definitely cut back here, since the dark cream is already plenty sweet from the Nutella and Bueno bars.
Wait until right before serving to pop the mini Bueno on top for decoration. This keeps it perfectly crispy for when you dig in!

Can I make this dessert ahead of time?
This Bueno dessert is the ultimate make-ahead treat! You can take your time layering the glasses, then just pop them in the fridge to chill for 1 to 2 hours.
The chopped Bueno pieces tucked right in the middle of the cream layers will soften up a bit from the moisture as they chill. It tastes absolutely incredible and gives the whole dessert such a cohesive, melt-in-your-mouth texture. If you happen to have any leftovers, just cover the glasses and keep them in the fridge for up to an extra day.
Recipe Variations
Adjust the sweetness: You’re totally in control here! If you want the light cream layer a little sweeter (or less sweet), just add more or less powdered sugar when you fold it into that half of the cheesecake base.
No piping bag? No problem at all! If you don’t have a piping bag or a Ziploc bag handy, you can easily just spoon the dark and light creams into your glasses using two small teaspoons. Just go slow and steady!

- 2 packets vanilla sugar
- 40 g powdered sugar
Dark Cream:
- about half of the cheesecake base
- 100 g Nutella

How to Make This Bueno Dessert
Directions:
First up, add the quark, mascarpone, heavy cream, vanilla sugar, and 40g of powdered sugar to your mixing bowl. Blend it all together until perfectly creamy for 30 sec. / speed 4.
Take a quick peek inside the mixing bowl. If it needs a little more love, just mix it for another 10 sec. / speed 4—you want the cream to be beautifully smooth and completely lump-free.
Now, scoop out about half of the mixture (roughly 350g) and transfer it to a separate bowl. Grab a spatula and gently fold the extra 30g of powdered sugar into this mixture until it’s completely combined. This will be your gorgeous light cream layer!
Add the 100g of Nutella to the remaining mixture in the mixing bowl and blend it all together for another 10 sec. / speed 5. This is your dark chocolate layer!
First, pipe the dark Nutella cream into your 6 glasses for the bottom layer. The easiest and least messy way to do this is by using a piping bag or a simple ziplock bag with the corner snipped off.
Break the Bueno bars into bite-sized pieces and drop them right on top of the dark cream. Depending on the size of your glasses, you’ll want about 3 pieces per glass.
Next, carefully spoon or pipe the light cream over the Bueno pieces to create your next layer.
To finish it off, tuck a little chocolate bunny into each glass, add a Mini Bueno right next to it, and sprinkle some chopped hazelnuts on top.
Pop your beautifully layered dessert glasses into the fridge for about 1–2 hours so the flavors can really meld together.
Enjoy!
I hope you have so much fun making this recipe!
