This recipe is perfect for busy weeknights when you need something quick and easy in the kitchen, but still want a meal that tastes absolutely amazing!
Place the turkey cutlets in a baking dish and season both sides with salt and pepper.
1 Onion, 1 Garlic clove
Next, let's whip up the sauce! Peel and quarter the onion, and peel the garlic clove. Add both to the mixing bowl and chop for 5 sec / Speed 5. Scrape down the sides of the bowl with the spatula and repeat once more.
20 g Cooking oil
Add the oil and sauté for 3 min / 120°C / Speed 1.
200 g Crème fraîche, 500 ml Milk, 100 g Tomato paste, 1-2 tbsp Soy sauce, 1 tsp Sugar, 2 tsp Italian seasoning
Next, add the crème fraîche, milk, tomato paste, soy sauce, sugar, and Italian seasoning. First, blend for 10 sec / Speed 4, then bring to a simmer for 7 min / 90°C / Speed 3.
Salt and pepper
Season the sauce to taste with a pinch of salt and pepper, then pour it evenly over the turkey cutlets. Bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes until cooked through.
Enjoy!
