300gMinced meat Mixed or beef

Instructions
Peel and quarter the onions. Peel and halve the garlic. Peel the carrots and cut into large pieces. Put everything into the mixing bowl and chop 5 sec. / level 6.
Add the oil and steam 3 min. / 120° / level 1.
Meanwhile, wash and deseed the peppers and cut into bite-sized pieces. Peel and dice the potatoes.
Then add the remaining ingredients, except for the minced meat, to the mixing bowl and cook 25 min. / 100° / counterclockwise rotation / level 1.
Note: The potatoes should be completely covered with liquid.
Meanwhile, place the mince in a hot pan, season with salt and pepper and fry until crumbly.
After 25 minutes, check that the potatoes are done. Depending on the type of potato and the size of the pieces, they may need a few minutes longer.
Finally, season to taste and add more seasoning if necessary, add the minced meat and stir in with a wooden spoon.
Serve in bowls and garnish with a tablespoon of crème fraîche and fresh parsley.
Notes
You can also use more vegetables and/or potatoes. Then adjust the amount of water. The potatoes should always be covered with liquid.
Corn and (white) beans also go well in a farmer's pot. These are then added through the lid opening in the last 5 minutes of the cooking time.
Serve with fresh bread or baguette.
