Make sure to preheat your waffle iron so it's nice and hot when you're ready to bake!
250 g apples
Cut your peeled and cored apples into large chunks and toss them into the mixing bowl. Chop them for 2 sec. / speed 4.5. Transfer the finely chopped apples to a separate bowl and set aside.
120 g softened butter, 200 g sugar, 4 eggs
Now, add the room-temperature butter, eggs, and sugar to the mixing bowl and mix everything together for 1 min. / speed 5.
100 g sour cream, 100 g ground hazelnuts, 250 g all-purpose flour, 1 P. baking powder, 0.5 TL cinnamon
Add the sour cream, ground hazelnuts, flour, baking powder, and cinnamon. Mix it all up for another 15 sec. / speed 4 until you have a smooth, beautiful batter.

Pour the batter over the apples in your bowl and gently fold everything together with a spatula. Now you're ready to cook the batter in batches in your hot waffle iron until perfectly golden brown.
