Treat yourself and your guests to this absolutely irresistible layered dessert! It brings together creamy mascarpone, crunchy vanilla crescent cookies, and fruity fresh raspberries, all beautifully served in a glass.
200 ml Heavy whipping cream, 80 g Granulated sugar, 1 P. Vanilla sugar
Add the heavy whipping cream, granulated sugar, and vanilla sugar to a clean, chilled bowl. Beat with a hand mixer until stiff peaks form. Set the whipped cream aside for now.
250 g Quark, 250 g Mascarpone cheese
In a separate bowl, whisk the quark and mascarpone together until completely smooth and lump-free.
Add the whipped cream to your quark and mascarpone mixture. Gently fold it in using a rubber spatula until everything is just combined. Be careful not to overmix so the cream stays nice and airy!Transfer the finished dessert cream into a piping bag fitted with a round or star tip. This makes portioning a breeze and looks so pretty.
16 Vanilla crescent cookies (Vanillekipferl)
Roughly crumble 12 of the vanilla crescent cookies. Set the remaining 4 cookies aside to use as a garnish later.
Layering the glasses:Evenly distribute the crumbled vanilla crescent cookies into the bottom of 4 dessert glasses.Pipe about half of the cream mixture directly over the cookie crumbs in the glasses.
150 g Fresh raspberries
Halve the raspberries, leaving 4 whole berries aside for your garnish. Arrange the halved raspberries snugly against the inside edge of the glasses on top of the first cream layer, just like in the picture.Pipe the remaining cream over the raspberries until they are nicely covered.
150 g Fresh raspberries, 16 Vanilla crescent cookies (Vanillekipferl)
Garnish each dessert with the whole raspberries and one of the reserved vanilla crescent cookies. If you have some on hand, you can also add a few fresh mint leaves for a beautiful pop of color!
