Add the ground beef to a skillet and brown it until cooked through. Set aside.
Wash, seed, and finely dice the red bell pepper.
Gently clean the mushrooms with a soft brush, trim the stem ends, and finely dice them as well.
Peel the onion and cut it into quarters.
Instructions:
Add the onion quarters to the mixing bowl and chop 5 sec. / speed 5. Scrape down the sides of the bowl with the spatula and repeat if needed.
Next, add the diced bell pepper, mushrooms, and olive oil. Sauté 6 min. / 120° C / reverse / gentle stir.
Now add all remaining ingredients except the ground beef: the corn, tomato purée, water, cooking cream, cream cheese, vegetable broth, pizza seasoning, oregano, pinch of sugar, and salt and pepper to taste. Cook 15 min. / 100° C / reverse / gentle stir.
Add the browned ground beef and set the timer for another 6 min. / 100° C / reverse / gentle stir.
Ladle into bowls and serve garnished with a few fresh basil leaves!
Notes
If you want to skip browning the beef separately, you can just sauté it right along with the bell peppers and mushrooms!
