Place the chocolate pieces into the mixing bowl and chop for 10 sec / Speed 10.
Pro Tip: I used baking chocolate here and chopped it coarsely with a knife first. If you're using regular chocolate bars, breaking them into chunks works totally fine!
Now insert the butterfly whisk!
Add the remaining ingredients—the sugar, egg, cornstarch, and milk—and cook for 6.5 min / 100°C / Speed 4.
Pour the pudding into small dessert glasses or ramekins, let cool slightly, and chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour before serving.
Serving suggestion: Top with a generous dollop of whipped cream and chocolate shavings!
Notes
If your pudding turns out a bit too thick for your liking, simply whisk in a splash of extra milk until perfectly smooth.
